What Do You Think About The New Year’s Surprise From Bubblews?

Wednesday, June 27, 2018
The latest news and update about Bubblews is that, apparently, they’re no longer paying redemptions made before the 11th of November 2014 because of very high "manipulation and fraudulent activity". But they are paying redemptions made after the 11th although the payments will be reduced and will now be following the new payment scheme or model that they have.

The aforementioned Bubblews article was posted on the 31st of December 2014, a day before the New Year. What a nice surprise for the year 2015, huh? What do you think?

January surprises from Bubblews

I remember reading somewhere that there were supposed to be awesome Bubblews surprises for the new year (or was that just wistful thinking? Could have sworn I saw some posts about this). Is this the surprise then? Would you consider this a good way to start the new year?

Starting the new year with a bang

Honestly, I’m kind of glad that I’m only finding out this news from Bubblews just now and not on the 31st of Decemer 2014 when it was posted or, worse, on the very first of January 2015, the new year. Of course, it would have been better if this news had never seen the light of day or had never happened in the first place, but, well, guess that’s just wistful thinking.

A sign of things to come

Still, what about those people who saw this news on the 31st of December 2014 or on the first of January 2015? Wouldn’t that be just awful and terrible especially for those who are going to be missing a lot of payments?

I saw a lot of posts about people missing so much and having so much taken from them. Is this fair? What a lovely start to a new year, huh? Hopefully, this isn’t some sort of foreshadowing of things to come. The year is just beginning. Can things get better? Or is this a bad sign for the year 2015? What do you think?

Are There Still Popup Ads On Persona Paper?

Sunday, June 17, 2018
Persona Paper is an online writing website where you can earn a little something by writing about whatever you want (as long as it isn’t against the rulers and terms). I’m a member and I’ve actually already written a few articles there. I like the site just fine. It’s got a pretty friendly community and it’s easy to write and post articles there.

Edited to add: unfortunately, Persona Paper has stopped paying its members.

What happens when you try to log on to Persona Paper? Have you tried logging on to the site lately or in the past few days?

Log in to Persona Paper or your account gets deleted

Anyway, since I’ve been kind of busy lately, I haven’t been able to log on to Persona Paper. But I try to regularly log in there because they have this strange rule where your account gets deleted if you don’t log in after a certain amount of time (a month, if I recall correctly). It’s really kind of very high maintenance, isn’t it? I don’t mind all that much except when I don’t have time or when something like the following happens:

Logging on to Persona Paper

Since it’s been a while since I’ve been on the aforementioned site, I thought I’d log in and see how things are going, maybe read a few articles, post one, etc. So, a few days ago (yeah, this happened a few days ago. Can’t remember the exact date off the top of my head, but it’s listed on Twitter), I went to Persona Paper. I clicked on the login button located at the top of the page. When I clicked that link, an ad suddenly popped up.

Popup ads on Persona Paper

Thankfully, I managed to close the popup ad right away before it could load. What I did was copy the link address of the login link then cleared my browser cache, cookies, etc. I then pasted the login link I copied straight on the address bar and hit the enter key. It brought me to the Persona Paper login page. It looked just fine but then, when I clicked on the username textbox so I could type my username, an ad suddenly popped up.

Who likes popup ads?

This time, I didn’t just feel rather annoyed and frustrated, I was also horrified. I hate popup ads, but, really, seriously, who doesn’t? Besides, do you think it’s right for an ad to popup when you’re trying to log on to a site? I didn’t bother to log in anymore. I just closed that login page, cleared my browser cookies and cache again then proceeded to run a quick and full scan with my anti-virus program.

Are there still popup ads on Persona Paper?

The whole incident happened a few days ago and I haven’t been back on the site since. I’m really reluctant to go back there, at least, until I’m sure it’s safe to do so. So, has anyone been there lately? Have you tried logging in? Is everything all right now? Are there still popup ads there? Does anyone have any more info?

What’s The Best Way To Deal With Or React To The Latest Bubblews News?

Thursday, June 7, 2018
Is there a proper way or best way to react or deal with the Bubblews news of not being paid? The latest Bubblews news is that if you redeemed before the 11th of November 2014, you won’t be able to get a single cent, so you can kiss that payment goodbye forever (is that fair? is that right?).

If you redeemed after the 11th, then you can expect to be paid but also expect to get a reduced amount; yes, you won’t be getting the full amount that you redeemed. Some have reported getting a huge amount cut from the money they were supposed to get so they only ended up with a few bucks (is that fair? is that right?).

Upset? Hurt?

Can you blame people for feeling less than enthusiastic about this awesome news which was posted on the 31st of December 2014? Understandably, many were more than a little bit upset and hurt about this Bubblews news.

What to do?

So, how can you deal with this news? What can be done about this? Many have decided to deal with this by leaving the site. I’ve seen posts of people saying they’ve started to delete their articles from Bubblews and some profiles I’ve seen only had a few more posts left. Some only had one or 2 articles listed and those are the goodbye posts.

To stay or not to stay?

Some have decided to stay on Bubblews and continue with the site though some have said that they will only stay until they reach their next payout (assuming people will still be paid; at this point, who can tell for sure?).

Is that all that you can do?

But, is that really all that can be done about this? Isn’t there anything else that we can do? Should you just hope that things will work out in the end (maybe if this was a fairy tale or a fictional story, that would work out, but, unfortunately, it isn’t)?

Is it fair for the honest Bubblews members that they’ve been lumped with all the cheaters, spammers, plagiarists and those who committed fraud and tried to manipulate the system? If you didn’t do anything wrong, why should you be punished? How is that fair?

Passive = good or bad?

Is there no other way but to simply be passive about this news or in dealing with this news? If it’s income we’re talking about, then passive is definitely a good thing, but when it comes to matters like this, is it really good to just go down without a fight or to take things lying down? What do you think?
